Specialist Site Supervision for Fire Protection
As early as the construction phase, we verify that all fire protection requirements arising from the approved fire protection concept, in conjunction with the building permit, are properly implemented. With in-depth expertise in structural and technical fire protection, we advise the architect and the specialist building services engineers on interfaces with structural fire protection.
When fire protection products are used, we monitor that installation and assembly are carried out in accordance with the specifications of the system manufacturers. Already during the construction phase, we define requirements for the scope of the fire protection documentation to be prepared, compile the documents provided to us, and review them for completeness and plausibility.
Depending on the scope of the installed building services systems, we prepare a fire emergency control matrix. This matrix illustrates how the safety systems interact, taking user-specific requirements into account.
Expert for Damage to Buildings
Damage is the result of the impact of one or more causes. Sustainable repair of the damage is therefore only possible once all causes have been identified and permanently eliminated.
We investigate such damage and precisely determine its causes. On this basis, we develop a remediation proposal and determine the associated repair costs. All of this is documented in a detailed expert report to be prepared.
In order to identify these causes in an even more targeted and comprehensible manner, we also rely on construction forensics. Optical construction forensics (OCF) uses imaging optical methods with special light sources, filters, and cameras to make concealed traces and damage visible that cannot be detected under normal lighting conditions, thereby supporting the determination of the causes of building damage.
Construction Project Management and Construction Controlling
In construction project management, we coordinate all phases of a construction project—from planning through completion. In doing so, we ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and the contractually agreed quality standards.
Our goal is to complete construction projects on time, cost-efficiently, and in an environmentally responsible manner. We analyze risks that may lead to schedule delays or cost overruns and coordinate these findings with the client and the design team.
Sustainability is important to us: through circular construction approaches and life-cycle assessments, we reduce future maintenance and material costs while conserving resources.
